My thoughts on the Biggest Loser finale

Happy Hump day, peeps!  Is it sunny where you are?  Please.  Tell me the sun is shining somewhere, because all I've seen for days is an oppressive blanket of grey with some drizzle mixed in.  Bleh!

Song of the day- Rock That Body by The Black Eyed Peas ( You can't go wrong with The Peas. Ever!)

So on to my thoughts about The Biggest Loser finale.

I'm happy!  I fell in love with Sam, and wanted him to win from early on.  When that didn't happen, I started rooting for Koli (the teddy bear with no self worth.)  And can you believe his transformation?  Amazing!  He may not have won the title of Biggest Loser, but he won his life back, and seeing a smile on his face and the inner peace he'd gained left me feeling satisfied.

I don't know about you, but for me, when I watch this show, I get all kinds of emotional.  I've been worrying over Michael and his health the entire season. To see a five hundred plus pound man reduce his body weight by half in such a short period of time truly boggles my mind, and I'm so proud of him.  Is that weird to say?  Can you be proud of someone you don't know?  Lol!

And as for Sam?  Well, my boy may not have walked away with $250k, but he's got something better, a smoking bod and a new woman.  Go Sam!!  Woot!

What did you think?  Who did you want to win?  Were you satisfied with the outcome?
Oh yeah, are you as excited as I am about Jillian's new show?

And in case you were hiding out yesterday and missed out, MY BOOK RELEASED!  Eve Of Samhain is available now over at Omnific Publishing in print and e-book form.  Print and Kindle editions will be available on Amazon in the next day or two.  Woot!!

I'm with you Lisa! I'm VERY satisfied with the results! Sam & Koli were my favorites from the very beginning. Sam is HOT and he and Stephanie look so cute together!!! I just wanted to give Koli a hug and I was so happy to see a genuine smile on his face. You could truly see he had found peace within himself and it made me cry. Michael absolutely blew me away! He's SO cute and I think his Mom looked beautiful! I think that he has something going on with Ashley! Whoo hoo!!!! =)
