I'm sure it sounds surprising that I'm shocked to see the sun. I live in California and it's the end of May. It should be smokin' hot, right?
Wrong! We've had nothing but clouds, wind, drizzle and intermittent thunderstorms. Bah! I'm a summer girl all the way, and all this rain has me waterlogged. I'm happy to report that for at least the next seven days, there will be nothing but sunshine. Woot! Bring on the sunscreen, bbq's and swim parties. I'm ready for summer!
Oh yeah...I finished polishing manuscript number two last night. I even gave it a cool new title. Yeah, baby!

Good for you! It's pretty sunny here during the mornings but the evenings have been all doom and gloom rainy too :(
